Reliable tests are essential for the development of new products. Complex geometries or tube connections represent a challenge, especially in tube forming technology. The prototyping of transfluid defines a safe manufacturing process.

“We enable a production process that has been tested in advance by prototyping and thus create a component that has been tested for series production. The necessary machines from the areas of cutting, forming and bending are available for this. Corresponding measuring systems are in place to ensure the quality to document reliable. Our enormous knowledge in engineering and in tool design with qualified employees and comprehensive machine technology are the success factors here. Focus on quality management
Some time ago, transfluid expanded its production areas and redesigned the prototyping department in order to be able to respond even more specifically to the wishes of customers. The prototyping team with specially trained employees keeps an eye on both extreme forms and specific materials. Depending on the requirements, tubes are chipless cut, bent and also end formed.

Before the tests start, all component-relevant criteria are checked, coordinated with the customer and then tested in a series of qualified tests. In this way, new process steps or products can be extensively tested, safely and sustainably manufactured up to series maturity, while production continues in parallel. The results are documented by the transfluid experts through test series according to the industry-specific quality criteria. After a successful test, the customer receives the prototype and the complete data of the metal forming modification.
